Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. He started his acting career by playing performances in television shows including Opposite Sex in the year 2000. Following appearances in several teens' films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans is also seen in films that are based off comics, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). In numerous Marvel Cinematic Universe film, including Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2017) and Captain America: Civil War (2017) and also in group films like The Avengers Age of Ultron (2017) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame (2009) In the latter, his character of Captain America/Steve Rogers earned him more recognition. The Marvel films helped him become one of the most highly paid Hollywood actors.
